Cancellation Policy


We value your time and strive to provide seamless virtual services. To ensure fairness and efficiency, please review our cancellation terms below:


Standard Cancellation


- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled virtual consultation, healthcare workshop, or guidance session will receive a full refund.


- Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.


- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or event are non-refundable.
Rescheduling


- Clients may reschedule at no additional cost if the request is made at least 24 hours before the original appointment.


- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a $10 rescheduling fee.


No-Show Policy


- If a client fails to attend the scheduled virtual session without prior notice, the payment will be non-refundable, and future bookings may require a deposit.


Emergency Exceptions


We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at enfeinformapr@gmail.com, and we will evaluate refund or rescheduling options on a case-by-case basis.
